1. Who we are

This website is operated by Gambogi Research LTDA, CNPJ 64.958.284/0001-06, Rua Doutor Juvenal dos Santos 440, CEP 30380-530, Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil ("Gambogi Research", "we"). Contact: research@gambogiresearch.com.br.

2. What we sell

We publish and sell standardized market intelligence reports as digital publications (PDF). Each report is a catalog edition: it is produced once, on our editorial calendar, and every buyer receives the identical publication. We do not sell services, consulting or commissioned research through this site.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are list prices in U.S. dollars (USD), per edition, as shown in the catalog at the time of order. Orders are placed in writing by e-mail to research@gambogiresearch.com.br; any organization may order at list price. We confirm availability and issue an invoice in USD with international wire instructions; payment is due by wire transfer within the term stated on the invoice (30 days unless stated otherwise). A billing address is required for every order. Applicable taxes, bank fees or currency conversion charges levied by your bank are the buyer's responsibility. The contract is formed when we confirm the order and issue the invoice.

4. License

Each purchase grants the purchasing organization a company-internal license: perpetual, non-exclusive, for internal use within that organization only, with no right of redistribution, publication, resale or sublicensing. Full terms are on the Licensing & FAQ page and form part of these Terms.

5. Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally after payment confirmation: within 1 business day of the wire being received we send a secure download link (valid 7 days, reissued on request) or, on request, the PDF as an e-mail attachment. Forthcoming editions cannot be purchased before publication. See the Delivery & Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Because reports are digital goods delivered in full, purchases are not refundable after the file has been downloaded, except where the file is defective, in which case we will replace it or refund the purchase. See the Delivery & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All reports, artwork and site content are the property of Gambogi Research LTDA and are protected by copyright. The license in Section 4 is the only right granted to buyers.

8. No advice

Reports are directional market benchmarks for planning and comparison. They are not investment, legal, accounting or other professional advice, and we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on them. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the buyer's jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
