Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery

Format. All reports are digital publications delivered as PDF files. Nothing is shipped physically.
Timing. Delivery follows payment confirmation: within 1 business day of the wire transfer being received, a secure download link is e-mailed to the buyer (or, on request, the PDF as an attachment).
Link validity. Download links are valid for 7 days. If your link expires or you lose it, email research@gambogiresearch.com.br with your order reference and we will reissue it at no charge.
Forthcoming editions. Editions marked "forthcoming" are not yet published and cannot be purchased. Expected dates on the editorial calendar are targets and may shift.

Before download. If you ordered by mistake and have not downloaded the file, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the order by bank transfer to the account that paid the invoice.
After download. Because the product is an information good delivered in full at download, purchases are not refundable after the file has been downloaded.
Defective files. If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete or otherwise defective, we will replace it promptly; if we cannot supply a working copy, we will refund the purchase in full.
How to claim. Email research@gambogiresearch.com.br with your invoice reference (or the e-mail address used to order).
