1. Scope
This policy describes how Gambogi Research LTDA (CNPJ 64.958.284/0001-06, Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, other privacy regulations.
2. What we collect
- Order data. When you order a report by e-mail, we collect your organization's name and billing address, VAT/tax ID, and the buyer's name and e-mail address, to issue the invoice and deliver the file. Payment is made by bank wire transfer; we never see or store card details.
- Correspondence. If you email us (including "Get notified" requests), we keep the correspondence to answer you and to notify you of the requested publication.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operation of the site.
3. What we do NOT collect
This site uses no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics and no marketing cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
4. How we use data
Order data is used to deliver your purchase, issue invoices, provide support and meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations as a Brazilian company making export sales. Notification requests are used solely to send the requested publication notice.
5. Processors
We use Cloudflare (hosting and file delivery), the banks that process the wire transfer, and an e-mail provider (order correspondence and delivery e-mails). Each processes data under its own terms as our service provider.
6. Retention
Order records are retained for as long as Brazilian tax and commercial law requires. Notification requests are kept until the notice is sent or you ask us to delete them.
7. Your rights
Under the LGPD you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, among other rights. Write to research@gambogiresearch.com.br.
