The company-internal license

Every purchase of a Gambogi Research report includes a company-internal license with the following terms:

• Perpetual. Once purchased, your organization may use the edition indefinitely.
• Non-exclusive. The same edition is sold to any number of buyers.
• Internal use only. The report may be circulated and used within the purchasing organization (employees and directly engaged contractors working for that organization).
• No redistribution or resale. The report, in whole or in substantial part, may not be published, shared outside the organization, posted online, resold or sublicensed.
• Brief quotation permitted. Short excerpts may be quoted in internal or external materials with attribution to "Gambogi Research", provided the excerpt does not substitute for the report.

How to order

All Gambogi Research editions are ordered by e-mail — any organization may order at list price; there is no minimum order.

1. Send the order by e-mail to research@gambogiresearch.com.br (the "Order this edition" buttons pre-fill the message), stating the edition, your organization, billing address, VAT/tax ID and the buyer's name and e-mail.
2. We confirm availability and send an invoice with international wire instructions (USD). The invoice cites the title, edition and ISBN/ISSN where assigned, and the company-internal license.
3. On receipt of payment, delivery within 1 business day by secure download link (or, on request, the PDF as an e-mail attachment).

Frequently asked questions

Is the report customized for my company?

No. Every edition is a standardized publication — all buyers receive the identical report. We do not produce commissioned, personalized or client-specific research.

Who inside my organization may access the report?

Anyone working within the purchasing organization, including contractors engaged directly by it. The license covers the organization, not a named individual.

Can I share the report with a client, partner or portfolio company?

No. The license is limited to the purchasing organization. A separate purchase is required for each organization that wants its own use rights.

How is the report delivered?

As a digital PDF. Within 1 business day of payment confirmation we e-mail a secure download link (valid 7 days, reissued on request) or, on request, the PDF as an attachment. See the Delivery & Refund Policy.

What currency and payment methods do you accept?

All prices are in USD. Orders are invoiced in USD and paid by international wire transfer; payment is due within the term stated on the invoice. A billing address is collected with every order.

Do you issue invoices or complete supplier forms?

Yes — every order is invoiced: the invoice cites the title, edition, ISBN/ISSN where assigned and the company-internal license, and carries the wire instructions. For supplier/tax documentation, contact research@gambogiresearch.com.br with your invoice reference.

Can I get a refund?

Digital publications are not refundable after download. If a file is defective, we replace it or refund the purchase — see the Delivery & Refund Policy.

When are forthcoming editions published?

The editorial calendar on the home page lists expected publication dates. Use the "Get notified" link on any forthcoming edition to be emailed at publication.
